AI/ML Specialist
As an AI/ML Specialist at Techfinite Systems, you will support the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models for enterprise and healthcare applications. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to apply their academic or internship experience in a real-world environment with impactful projects.
- Assist in building, training, and testing machine learning models.
- Work with senior data scientists to prepare, clean, and analyze datasets.
- Develop proof-of-concept models for natural language processing, predictive analytics, or computer vision.
- Support MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with software engineers and cloud teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.

You will focus on automation, security, and performance optimization while enabling faster delivery of cloud-native applications.
- Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications.
- Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Manage networking, IAM policies, and security best practices in AWS environments.
- Monitor cloud performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure smooth application deployments.
- Stay updated on AWS services and recommend best-fit solutions for client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
- Proficiency with EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and VPC setup.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

This role combines hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability of applications deployed in hybrid and cloud environments.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Drive automation across build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and cloud engineers to streamline releases.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance best practices in DevOps workflows.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and enforce DevOps standards across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment.
- Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
