Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-depth analysis of product performance metrics, customer data and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimization.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, industry best practices, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven company.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Familiarity with product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of statistical concepts and experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is desirable.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
